I guess I’m now keeping a journal. Maybe it’ll inspire me to do something to write about.

The jackal came back. I believe him now, because there’s a catch—he needs my help. Well, not my help specifically, but local help. I don’t know if he’s actually from another world—it doesn’t make sense that he’d be here—but he’s from somewhere else.

He didn’t want to go into details. I think he probably needs something pretty interesting.

I’m ok with that.
